Lineman Larry Graham, a member of AGROTORS, a special contract helicopter crew, replaces the old aircraft marker balls on the Snettisham 138kv transmission line near Limestone Inlet.  The new markers went up the summer of 2000, replacing the originals which were installed in the early 70s.
