Select and print the Commercial Service application. If
the business named on the application does not already have
established credit, you will be asked to pay a
deposit.

Complete the
entire application.

Tell us when you
want your new service to begin.

Sign your
application.

Fax it back to
us at (907) 780-3571.

We will review
your credit information. We may require as much
as a two-month average billing for the service location, or
a two-month class average as a deposit.

Call us
after you've faxed your application! Our
number is (907) 780-2222. It's your responsibility to
call us and make sure we actually received your application
and that we have all the information we need to set up your
account.

If a deposit is
needed, you will need to make arrangements for this before
your new account is set up.
