If you do not currently have an account with AEL&P, you can download and print our Application For Residential Service form. Your need to pay a service deposit will be reviewed and if a deposit is required, you must pay the deposit, or at least pay a portion of it and make payment arrangements, before service is started. See further directions below.

If you currently have service with us, you can add an account -- or change an existing account -- by downloading our Application for Residential Service form.  Current customers may also use our online form by logging into My Accounts from any web page. Depending on your payment record, you may be required to pay a deposit, or add to an existing deposit.

If you chose to print your form ...

  • New customers must complete the entire application.  Current customers only need to complete the first page.

  • Tell us when you want your new service to begin.

  • Sign your application.

  • Fax it back to us at (907) 780-3571.

  • We will review your credit information.  We may require as much as a two-month average billing for the service location, or a two-month class average as a deposit.

  • Call us after you've faxed your application!  Our number is (907) 780-2222.  It's your responsibility to call us and make sure we actually received your application and that we have all the information we need to set up your account.

  • If a deposit is needed, you will need to make arrangements for this before your new account is set up.
