If you do not currently have an account with AEL&P, select and print the two-page application form. Your need to pay a service deposit will be reviewed and if a deposit is required, you must pay the deposit, or at least pay a portion of it and make payment arrangements, before service is started. See further directions below.

If you currently have service with us, you can print and fax the one-page "short" application form, or use the online form by logging into My Accounts from any web page.  Depending on your payment record, you may be required to pay a deposit, or add to an existing deposit.  

If you chose to print your form ...

  • Complete the entire application.

  • Tell us when you want your new service to begin.

  • Sign your application.

  • Fax it back to us at (907) 780-3571.

  • We will review your credit information.   We may require as much as a two-month average billing for the service location, or a two-month class average as a deposit.

  • Call us after you've faxed your application!  Our number is (907) 780-2222.  It's your responsibility to call us and make sure we actually received your application and that we have all the information we need to set up your account.

  • If a deposit is needed, you will need to make arrangements for this before your new account is set up.
