We hate to do it, but if you aren’t paying your bill, we can’t continue to provide you with service.  You will receive a notice on your bill if your account has a balance that is two months past due – called “delinquent.”    The notice of scheduled disconnection triggers an additional deposit, if you don’t already have a full two month average billing as a deposit.  The notice also gives you a date you need to make at least the minimum payment by, in order to avoid receiving a shut-off notice delivered to your door.  This notice of scheduled disconnection also includes the disconnect date.   If a shut-off notice is issued, the cost of this notice is $18.00. 

A last ditch phone call will be attempted the day prior to disconnection.  If you do not respond with adequate payment   arrangements, your account will be disconnected.  Reconnection will cost $25.00 if adequate payment is received before 4:00 p.m. and will cost $50.00 if paid later than that in the day.
