AEL&P has a new option for our customers who would like to pay their electric bills with a credit or debit card.

Paymentus Corporation is a third-party automated payment service that accepts Visa or MasterCard.  You can pay your bills any time, day or night, either online or over the phone at 1-866-288-3866.  When paying by phone, you can also use your *checking account. 

Please note that there is a convenience fee of $4.95 for every transaction up to $400.  Customers with higher balances will need additional transactions.  This fee covers Paymentus processing charges and does not go to AEL&P.

*AEL&P's popular eCheck option allows you to pay online using a checking or savings account, and is free of charge.
