From left:  The prior balance is the account balance for last month's bill.  Payments received include all payments received through the date given, usually the working day prior to the statement date.  Next is the total of payments received since the last bill was issued.  The next three show an aging of your account balance, according to the billing cycle.  The last three are your bottom lines.
