Effective October 1, the fourth quarter Cost of Power Adjustment (COPA) decreased from $0.008438 per kWh to $0.000997 per kWh.  This is a decrease of $0.007441 per kWh, or about seven-tenths of a cent, over the previous quarter.

For a customer using 850 kWh per month, this results in a $6.32 decrease to their bill.
