As an unapologetic, die-hard Douglas girl, Mindy was born and raised in Juneau. Her boys let her know what a great job she did raising them (which she agrees!). Mindy likes to do yard work, hike and reads non-fiction in her spare time.
Except for the four years he lived in New Mexico while getting his college degree, Shane has lived in Juneau his entire life. He enjoys being in the outdoors with his wife and dog, whether that’s hiking, fishing on his boat, or spending time at their cabin. Shane is well known for being organized, easy-going, and level-headed.
Mike was born and raised in Juneau and first worked as an apprentice with AEL&P in 1994. In his free time, you can usually find Mike at his cabin on the Taku river with his wife Amber, son Mitchell, and daughter Ashley. He also enjoys snow machining in the winter, hunting, and fishing.
Ryan has lived in Juneau for 31 years. He is most proud of being a father, husband, and serving his country. He most enjoys getting away … whether it’s travelling, being out on the water, or in the woods.
Margaret was born and raised in Juneau. She spends her free time outside with her dog, and playing hockey. She loves doing her friends’ makeup for special occasions and helping in the local arts and theatres. She plays 8 different instruments!
Evan first began working at AEL&P in 1997 as a NECA apprentice. In the 42 years he’s lived in Juneau, he most loves spending time with his kids, working outside on his house, and at his cabin. He’s been in the trade for 25 years.
Leon was born and raised in Juneau; he is a proud parent who enjoys fishing, hunting, skiing, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family. Leon is also an Eagle Scout.
Mary was born and raised in SE Alaska. She loves to go out fishing, playing on the beach with her littles, and strives to make every day an adventure. She is passionate about the many causes she supports such as serving on the Juneau FASD Community Board of Directors since 2016.
Scott enjoys home projects, mountain biking, skiing, camping, and doing things with his kids. He has done the Auke Man triathlon 4 times, Blooms Day twice, and six triathlon camps. He’s a Dad to three kids. The family are 4th generation Juneauites. He’s also a motorcycle enthusiast.
Darrell is a professional engineer and is SCUBA certified. He first moved to Juneau in 1976 and enjoys spending his time on the water, fishing. He makes great crab cakes!
Bryan was born and raised in Juneau. Bryan is not only a great cook who makes a mean brisket, he also plays hockey, enjoys spending time with his family, playing pool, and poker. He’s most proud of being a father, his professional accomplishments, and his education.
