You can now report an outage via text. Simply text the word OUTAGE to 55050 and skip the phone call. Please note that the cell phone you are texting from must be associated with your account. You can log in to aelp.com to check if your number is on the account or call (907.780.2222) or email us (service@aelp.com) and we can check for you.
