AEL&P customers experiencing a COVID-related financial hardship that affects their ability to pay their electric bill must complete a COVID financial hardship form and return it to AELP to avoid an interruption in electric service.
Customers can contact our credit department at firstname.lastname@example.org or 907-463-6305 for more information and to complete the necessary form.
Effective October 1, AEL&P will resume non-payment disconnection of customers with past due balances who have not provided a completed COVID financial hardship form to AEL&P.
