If you wish to end or transfer service, please send us an email at or use the contact us form below. We require two business days to process a service request. Please note the following information in your email:

  • Your name, the account number, and service location.
  • The date you want service to be discontinued in your name. Note that disconnection may occur if another party has not applied for service.
  • Your forwarding address, so that the closing bill and deposit refund, if applicable, can be sent.

Note: We do not disconnect services on Fridays, weekends, and on the business day before a holiday. Requests that involve these days will be covered on the first available business day.

Your closing bill will be mailed within a couple weeks after your meter was read and taken out of your name. It may take up to 30 days from the date your service ended for refund checks to process (if applicable).
