If you have logged into our site before and are having trouble remembering your user name or password:

  • If you know your user name...

    Click on the RESET PASSWORD button on the login screen. This will take you to a new screen. Enter your user name and then enter the security code below it. Keep in mind that the security code is case sensitive. Click the Send Reset Link button and an email will be sent to your address on file with a link to reset your password.   • If you do not remember your user name...

If this is the first time you have visited our new site AND you already have a user ID from the old site:

  • FIRST: Use only the first 8 characters of your old website password.

    Our previous site only recognized the first 8 characters. For example, if your password is bigblackbear, only use "bigblack" and leave off the " bear". If you are able to login successfully, you will be prompted to create a new, more secure password. See password requirements below.

  • SECOND: If your previous password still doesn't work, try resetting your password.

    You will need your user name (user ID) and an active email address on file to successfully reset your password. Click on the RESET PASSWORD button on the login screen.   • PASSWORD REQUIREMENTS

    New passwords require a minimum of 10 characters and at least 2 special characters such as ! @ # $ % &.
    Acceptable password examples include BigBrownBear!! or kangaroo#@ or 30#King$almon
