Non-Capacity Related License Amendment

Alaska Electric Light and Power Company (AEL&P) has filed an Application for Non-Capacity Related License Amendment with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to replace the penstock which is an original feature of the Annex Creek Component of FERC Project 2307. The penstock was installed in 1915 and needs to be replaced in order to continue safe operation of this historic hydroelectric project. The License Amendment Application contains additional details on the penstock and the replacement project.
